Colin, better known as Filthy Colin, is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.
Character history
Colin is, in 1969/1961 (depending on which game is being played), steals some blow-up sex dolls filled with TNT, which the protagonist is sent to retrieve. The dolls, however, blow up before the protagonist can retrieve them. It is unknown whether Colin is killed by the explosion.
