Jack Parkinson is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a main character in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.

Character history

Jack Parkinson is, in 1969/1961 (depending on which game is being played), is an up and coming crime lord in London who plans on taking over from Albert and Archie Crisp, who he pays protection money. He informs the protagonist that he'll kill anyone who gets in his way. He briefly becomes involved in purchasing art, which he later discovers is being investigated by the British Secret Service, and he sends the protagonist to kill the man selling the art.
