Declasse is an automotive company in GTA IV that produces the following vehicles:

Burrito
Merit
Moonbeam
Police Patrol (based on the Merit; a "Police Cruiser" badge is on it, the same badge as the one on the Police Cruiser, even though it is called "Police Patrol")
Premier
Rancher
Rhapsody (The Lost and Damned)
Sabre and Sabre GT
Taxi (one of two Taxi models; the badge on the vehicle itself reads "Taxi Car"; It's based on the Merit)
Vigero
Voodoo

Declasse's car designs imply that its real life analogue is Chevrolet.

The outside ring of the logo looks like it may be from various other car logos but the 'D' inside may be inspired from the top of the center of the Toyota logo turned sideways. Alternatively, the shape of the logo emulates a penis, with the D being the head. Notice the name contains Ass.
