As a result of its one-wheel steering, the vehicle's all round average top speed and acceleration is hampered by its very poor steering, resulting in frequent understeer. The car's value is also low with a base value of £300 (in mint condition), making it less attractive for vehicle export.

A Beagle 3 (With roof rack).

The Beagle 3 is a three-wheeled car/van in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961.

Description

Based on the Reliant Regal Supervan III, the Beagle 3 is considerably unusual in that it is depicted as a three wheeled car with a tricycle-like wheel configuration, making it the first and possibly only car in the series with three wheels. The Beagle also appears occasionally with a roof rack.

As a result of its one-wheel steering, the vehicle's all round average top speed and acceleration is hampered by its very poor steering, resulting in frequent understeer. The car's value is also low with a base value of £300 (in mint condition), making it less attractive for vehicle export.
