Torrington is one of the financial districts of Staunton Island in Liberty City, with the other being Bedford Point. The district appears in Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Many tall buildings are located here, including the tallest in Liberty City. Surrounding Torrington are the districts of Bedford Point, Belleville Park and Newport.
Torrington is controlled by the Yakuza and Kenji's Casino is the place where Claude recieves numerous missions from Kenji Kasen.
