The Grenade Launcher is a weapon that appeard in the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned for Grand Theft Auto IV. The grenade launcher is about as effective as a pipe bomb, but has further range. It is best for removing cover, such as a car, however, the grenade does not land in a particular spot, making it less accurate. This is a very powerful weapon, but it is unpredictable and you can accidentally fire a shell at your feet and not notice until you die. This weapon can be a very fun Team Deathmatch weapon. The launcher will probably appear in The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Trivia

It was originally going to make an appearance in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City but was taken out without any explanation.
