Contemporary Soul Radio (CSR 103.9) is a new jack swing radio station in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, hosted by Phillip "PM" Michaels.
PM is voiced by Michael Bivins, a Bell Biv DeVoe member who also produced Boyz II Men. Bivins was originally part of New Edition with Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill, also heard on the station.

Trivia
- The game's "Audio" screen and instruction manual refer to this station as CSR 103.2. CSR 103.2 also appears when switching radio stations inside a vehicle. This was later fixed in the PC version.
- Strangely, in the Japanese mobile/HD Remaster version of the game, CSR 103.9 is still shown as CSR 103.2 in-game.
- In the missions Los Sepulcros and Reuniting the Families, the default radio upon entering Sweet's car is CSR 103.9 instead the usual Bounce FM.
- This is one of three stations, the other two being SF-UR and K Rose, to retain all songs in re-releases of the game.
