There is always a Shamal and a Dodo parked at the airport, with Baggage carts and Tugs, either parked or being driven around, often alongside other vehicles. Interior

The interior of the airport is only seen in the first cutscene of the game. The player does not has any free access to the interior at all. The interior is not located inside the airport itself but in the interior heavens only accessible through cheats or modifications.
