Cedric Fotheringay, also known as Wayne, is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Cedric Fotheringay is the leader of a local biker gang in Liberty City. He is briefly featured as Maria's second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, Toni Cipriani.
