Gaylord Morrisen is a news reporter for Liberty Tree in 1998 and write the article Motorcycles Kill Kids and Must Be Banned Say Protest Group. He quotes an American Road Safety for Everybody (ARSE) spokesman and states that ARSE was set up with funding by the Maibatsu Corporation of America.
