No Chin is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto 1.
Character history
No Chin is the nephew of Uncle Fu and, in 1997, a resident of San Andreas. He raises a drunken rabble and causes trouble by planting bombs in the cars of Jimmy the Shovel, El Burro and Hung Well, as well as a Yakuza limousine. The protagonist and Hang Yu drive around San Andreas and defuse the bombs. The protagonist then locates No Chin on a boat as he attempts to escape to China. The protagonist destroys the boat by using a rocket launcher.
