Paulie Sindacco is the head of the Sindacco Family in Liberty City. The Sindaccos own Paulie's Revue Bar and the Doll's House on the outskirts of Hepburn Heights. A relative (possibly son) of his (and late Sindacco member), Johnny Sindacco, died of a shock-induced heart attack in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas after coming face-to-face with the man who previously did grievous harm to him.
His nickname of "The Invisible Don" stems from the fact that rarely anyone outside the family sees him due to his being on the move between Liberty City and Las Venturas on a day-to-day basis.
