Wayne drives a red, bulletproof [[PCJ-600]]. It can be obtained in the mission where you kill him, but if he dismounts the bike. its just like a normal PCJ. He drops a [[Chisel]], and a [[Stubby Shotgun]]. The chisel and shotgun is useuful, so take them. Wayne is impossible to push off the bike, so you will have to shoot him off. | |||

He is briefly featured as Maria's second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, Toni Cipriani. Wayne hits Maria, injuring her, prompting Toni to retaliate and subsequently kill Wayne in a chase.
