Shagski is a member of the Russian Mafia led by Jerkov in Anywhere City. She is the girlfriend of Lodov, and is described as "the fattest ride in the city", earning Lodov the moniker of 'The Milkman' ("he only fucks big cows"). She appears in a mission with Lodov and Claude Speed.
