Curtly

Curtly was scheduled to be a character in the Grand Theft Auto series but was dropped from Grand Theft Auto III during its development. Extremely little is known about Curtly, although it is suspected he was somehow linked to Darkel, another deleted character. No reason was given for the dropping of Curtly. Curtly was voiced by Curtis L. McClarin, although the dialogue was never used. Curtly remains in the GTA III manual credits, listed below Darkel, although there is no character texture on the data files.
