The player's South Bohan Safehouse can be found on this small street, which, is located next to the East Borough Bridge. has an ATM on the southwest side of the street and a set of accessible buildings to the right. It is directly facing a highway on the southeastern end.
Joliet Street is the setting for the mission Luck of the Irish by Packie. Niko Bellic snipes some thugs on the other side of the street to defend Packie and prevent him from dying.
