Jason Duval is a character who will appear as a protagonist in the story of Grand Theft Auto VI.

As a child, he grew up in difficult circumstances, surrounded by crooks and criminals. After a troubled youth, he joined the military to leave his old life behind. Years later, he moved to the Leonida Keys to start a new life which only worked out moderately well, as he soon found himself working for the local drug dealers and Brian Heder. In Trailer 2, released on May 6, 2025, Jason is seen driving a light blue Vapid vehicle and picking up Lucia from the state prison. It is currently unknown whether the two are already a couple at that point.

Fishing might be a shared hobby with Cal. (On a screenshot, the two can be seen fishing on a yacht)

Jason owns an IFruit smartphone.

In one scene from the second trailer, a prison employee asks Jason if he has been seen there before, which could imply that Jason himself may have served time in that prison.
