Jason Duval is a character who appears as one of the two protagonists of Grand Theft Auto VI, alongside Lucia Caminos.

Character History

Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, and joined the Army as a way of leaving his troubled teenage years behind him. After his service, he moved to the Leonida Keys hoping for a fresh start, but ended up working for local drug runners, including a retired dealer named Brian Heder.

In the second trailer, Jason is seen picking up Lucia on her release from Leonida Penitentiary; the two go on to become partners in both a relationship and a criminal career.

Trivia

Fishing appears to be a shared hobby with his friend Cal Hampton, who he's shown fishing with on a boat.
Jason owns an IFruit smartphone.
In one scene from the second trailer, a prison employee asks Jason if he's been there before, hinting that he may have served time himself.
