Lucia grew up in Vice City with her mother and father, who taught her how to fight at an early age. Using the skills she had learned, Lucia ended up in Leonida Penitentiary after defending her family escaping only by "luck." After her release and being picked up by Jason, she promised herself to stay out of trouble and live a peaceful life, just as her mother had dreamed of many years ago. But instead of chasing fantasies, she took matters into her own hands and began a criminal career alongside Jason Duval.

Trivia

She almost always wears a gold chain with a pendant in the shape of a boxing glove. The only exception is when she's in prison. The necklace might be a gift from her father or possibly even from Jason.

After her release, she wears an electronic ankle monitor.

As seen in the second trailer, Lucia likely has to perform community service for the Leonida Department of Correction.

In Trailer 2 at 2:26, Lucia is no longer wearing an ankle monitor.
