Vibrator
The Vibrator can be given as a gift to a girlfriend or used as a weapon in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and is quite effective when used in either capacity. It spawns in only one location in San Andreas, in Bayside, next to a scrap bin in a dirt lot, just northwest of Bayside Marina.
