East Holland Drug Gang is a chapter of Afro-American Gangsters on Liberty City, based in East Holland, looks more like hustlers, that just drug dealers. Clarence Little is the most successful member of a gang, having a lot of bodyguards and making money of pimping and drug dealing. One of his client was Francis McReary, deputy police commissioner, and he really didn't want anybody to know about his dirty habits. Clarence started to blackmail Francis and he hired Niko Bellic to destroy whole organisation, Clarence Little personally and one of his lieutenants. The fate of gang after this is unknown.
