Victor "Vic" Manzano was the owner of Bahama Mamas, a popular nightclub in Liberty City. Whilst he was supposed to be in Las Venturas, he did not go and caught his girlfriend Monique giving oral sex to Luis Fernando Lopez. This enraged him and he beat Monique before holding a gun to Luis, who kills Vic and his many guards.

Trivia

Vic's last name is revealed as "Manzano" according to the Liberty Tree website, which details his death after completion of Boulevard Baby.
