Galina Bulgarin (Russian: Галина Булгарин) is a character in the HD Universe appearing in The Ballad of Gay Tony and is the sister of Ray Bulgarin. She complains about how Ray mistreats her, and how he has moved his sports and music memorabilia into her house in Steinway, Dukes. Galina also insults Ray about how he doesn't have friends or a business and that he has a tiny penis because his wrestling coach made him take steroids. She may have been injured or killed when her brother fired an AK-47 into the downstairs ceiling, in order to stop her from annoying him.

Trivia
- Galina's character is very similar to Ma Cipriani, the mother of protagonist Toni Cipriani, who only shouts down to Toni from her apartment in both of her appearances in Grand Theft Auto III and Liberty City Stories.
