Vice City Bureau of Investigation
Vice City Bureau of Investigation (VCBI) is a hinted subdivision of the Vice City Police Department's Department of Justice in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The VCBI does not appear in the game and is only featured on Rockstar's official GTA Vice City website. The VCBI has files on prominent characters that appear in the game, but also include files on characters that do not appear in the game at all. The VCBI also keep files on confiscated vehicles and confiscated weapons obtained from Vice City. They are responsible for investigating Vice City's criminal underworld and the events that unfold during GTA Vice City. As seen through the window of their office on the official GTA Vice City website, the VCBI is located somewhere along Ocean Drive in Vice City. It is unknown as to whether the VCBI is a separate entity of it's own or if it is a branch of the VCPD, just like the Vice Squad is.
