The Hired Muscle is fashioned as rugged clothing comprising a black and gray pattern vest with white tank top, black pants and black shoes. Fingerless gloves also appear on the PlayStation 2 version of the outfit; in the PlayStation Portable version, only a wrist band is seen in regular gameplay, while the gloves are only featured in cutscenes.
The outfit is added to the player's wardrobe after developing a High-roller Protection Racket empire site following "D.I.V.O.R.C.E.". Like other clothes in the game, changing into the outfit will remove up to a two star wanted level.
