Laura Shrub, in 1986, is the wife of Congressman Alex Shrub. However she has moved from Vice City to Alabama, and in the meantime her husband is treasoning her with a porn star, Candy Suxxx.

On the boxart for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, there is a lady that looks similar to Laura Shrub, but younger, leaning against an Infernus. There is no way to confirm or deny this.

Her name is a reference to Laura Bush, wife of former United States president George W. Bush, whom Alex Shrub is a parody of.
