Percy is the guitarist for the Scottish hair metal band Love Fist. Percy's name, along with fellow band members Willy and Dick, is a sex joke from Rockstar as Percy is slang for penis. Percy is depicted wearing red pants, a red shirt and black gloves. According to fellow band member Jezz Torrent, Percy sleeps in bunny pyjamas. Percy was voiced by Russell Foreman.
