Harper
Harper (born in 1962) is a character in the HD Universe and was a resident of Liberty City and a member of The Lost Brotherhood. He died in 2006 during a meth laboratory explosion, having already lost an ear.
He may have worked close with Terry Thorpe as he is under suspicion from the LCPD of running a meth lab.
