The Dementia is a vehicle in Grand Theft Auto 2, used by the Loonies gang. It can be found in the Downtown District of Anywhere City. It gives the Invisibility power-up when crushed. It is based on the Isetta microcar, this is verified in the game with the mission Getta Isetta!, where the player must steal a Dementia Limousine, a stretched variant of the Dementia. It isn't armored, so player can easily destroy it.
