Davis is an incorporated city and neighbourhood of Los Santos appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Character
Davis is a low-income area consisting of both housing and businesses. Davis is bordered by Strawberry in the north, Rancho in the east, Banning to the south and Chamberlain Hills. The Ballas control the area, which is the scene of gang wars between the Ballas and The Families from the neighbouring areas. The Families previously had influence in the area and once controlled Grove St, which was taken by the Ballas. Davis, as a separate city from Los Santos, has a number of public service buildings including the Davis Police Station, Davis Fire Station, a court house, a library, a high school, a mall, a police car impound and a Los Santos Transit stop.
Influences
Davis is based on Compton, California, and replaces the 3D Universe's Ganton in the HD Universe.

Franklin Clinton begins covering for JB Bradshaw as a tow truck driver at the LSPD Auto Impound at the request on Tonya Wiggins. Franklin, learning from Tonya that it is for sale, can purchase the business. Franklin, Lamar Davis and Trevor Philips also attempt to purchase drugs from a Ballas gangster, which was set up as an ambush by Stretch. The three, with Chop, later escape the ambush.

- Davis is one of the smallest cities/industrial districts, in the Grand Theft Auto series, only larger than Port Tudor, and Normandy located in the State of Alderney.
