Pepe is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (set in 1986). He is a member of the Cubans/Los Cabrones. His voice actor is not credited.
Character history
Pepe, at an unknown time, joined the Cubans/Los Cabrones and by 1986 had risen to higher ranking position. He had been in a relationship, with his girlfriend having lived close to the Little Havana Streetwear & Tattoo Parlour. He and Tommy Vercetti, also later joined by Rico, destroy a Haitian run drugs processing plant with the use a bomb laden Voodoo. Pepe and Rico may die during the explosion of the plant, as only Vercetti is required to escape the plants site before the bombs detonate.
