East Holland Drug Gang is a set of Afro-American Gangsters in Liberty City, based in East Holland. Clarence Little is the most prominent member of a gang, most likely the leader of this set, having a lot of bodyguards and making money of pimping and drug dealing.
One of his clients was Francis McReary, deputy police commissioner, but Francis really didn't want anybody to know about his dirty habits.
