Bilovski is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto 2.
Character history
Bilovski is a member of the Russian Mafia based in the Industrial District of Anywhere City. Claude Speed, on orders from Uno Carbine of The Zaibatsu Corporation, collects various packages, which turn out to be a Rocket Launcher. Speed delivers the rocket launcher to Bilovski, who accidentally kills himself when he fires the weapon as Carbine had jammed the weapon so that it would explode when Bilovski fired it.
