To get completion in Grand Theft Auto V you need to complete all the things listed here.

Missions

• Complete all 69 storyline missions, which can be found here.
• Complete the assassination missions for Lester Crest.
• Complete 14 out of the 57 (PS3/Xbox 360) or 60 (PS4/Xbox One/PC) Random Events.
• Complete the following Strangers and Freaks missions:
  • Barry: Grass Roots - Franklin, Grass Roots - The Pickup, Grass Roots - The drag and Grass Roots - The Smoke-In
  • Beverly Felton: Paparazzo, Paparazzo - The Sex Tape, Paparazzo - The Partnership, Paparazzo - The Meltdown, Paparazzo - The Highness and Paparazzo - Reality Check
  • Dom Beasley: Risk Assessment, Liquidity Risk, Targeted Risk and Uncalculated Risk (requires all parachute jumps to be completed)
  • Peter Dreyfuss: A Starlet in Vinewood (need to collect all Letter Scraps to be completed)
  • Hao: Hao's street races
  • MaryAnn Quinn: Exercising Demons - Franklin, Exercising Demons - Michael and Exercising Demons - Trevor.
  • Omega: Far Out and The Final Frontier
  • Tonya Wiggins: Pulling Favors, Pulling Another Favor, Pulling Favors Again, Still Pulling Favors and Pulling One Last Favor

Hobbies and pastimes

• Complete 42 hobbies and pastimes:
  • Get a bronze medal or better in the following categories at the shooting range
    • Handguns
    • Sub-machine guns
    • Assault rifles
    • Shotguns
    • Light machine guns
    • Heavy
  • Play 9 holes of golf and finish even or below par
  • Win at tennis
  • Win at darts
  • Complete all three triathlons (third place or better)

Rewards

Upon achieving 100% completion the player will unlock the Career Criminal achievement/trophy. UFOs will appear at the top of Mount Chiliad, above Fort Zancudo and above Sandy Shores. The mission The Last One is unlocked as well as an orange t-shirt reading "100%" appears in Franklin Clinton's wardrobe.
