Barry is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a Strangers and Freaks character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is voiced by Tuck Milligan.
Character history
Barry is, in 2013, an advocate of legalising marijuana who attempts to convince the people of Los Santos to sign a petition. He meets Michael De Santa and attempts to get him to sign his petition, giving him a joint, which results in Michael thinking he is about to be kidnapped by aliens. During this time Barry continues to argue his case but an angry Michael leaves without signing the petition. Franklin Clinton later meets Barry and agrees to steal two shipments of marijuana. Barry, who had organised a smoke-in with some of his allies, but fails to attend having forgotten with only Franklin showing up outside City Hall. He then meets Trevor Philips who, after smoking a joint, believes he is being attacked by clowns. Trevor, like Michael, also leaves without signing his petition.
