Character history

Leo the Locksmith is, in 1999, a locksmith residing in the Industrial District of Anywhere City. He dislikes the Hare Krishna gang and warns Claude Speed that they might "turn [his] brain into mush". Nonetheless, after Claude destroys a generator for him, Leo helps the Krishna by opening the gate to a Zaibatsu construction yard so Claude can kill the site manager.
