Kov-Kov is a character in the 2D Universe who is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto 2.

Character history

Kov-Kov is, in 1999, a member of the Russian Mafia based in Anywhere City. He has a pin in his left leg and an eye patch following being caught in the blast of a terrorist grenade. His criminal record shows that he is suspected of an explosion at a police headquarters in 1997 and a car bomb attack on a rival porn dealer in 1998. He is a compulsive gambler, hangs out at Russian casinos and backstreet strip joints, has numerous dancer girlfriends, and is secretly addicted to Zaibatsu Play-drugs. He goes by the aliases of "The Spy", "The Scum" and "The Insect".
