Pedro Garcia, from an unknown point in time, began purchasing weapons from outside the state and bringing them into [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]]. These movements and his operation, however, had begun to be monitored by the [[VCPD in GTA III Era|Vice City Police Department]] and had come to the attention of [[Phil Cassidy]], who also operated a [[Phil's Place|business selling weapons]]. After [[The Shootist|meeting]] and [[The Job|performing a bank robbery]] with Cassidy, [[Tommy Vercetti]] helps Cassidy by [[Gun Runner|ambushing]] Pedro and his gun runners, stopping their delivery from reaching the [[Ammu-Nation]] in [[Downtown Vice City|Downtown]]. During the ambush, Vercetti kills Garcia.
Pedro Garcia is a gun runner who is operating in [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]]. The [[Vice City Police Department]] are tracking his operations. Garcia buys weapons from out of state and then sells them on the streets of Vice City. He is rumored to be a rival of [[Phil Cassidy]] who, in [[1986]], was also selling guns.
 
Eventually, [[Tommy Vercetti]] teams up with Phil Cassidy to pull a bank robbery with him. After the robbery Phil asks Tommy to [[Gun_Runner|ambush Pedro]] and his gun runners to pay back for the robbery favor. Tommy, does this and attacks Garcia's weapon delivery caravan as he takes his shipment to a local [[Ammu-Nation]]. During the ambush, Tommy steals Pedro's weapon shipment and brutally slaughters Pedro along with his gun running henchmen.

Pedro Garcia is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (set in 1986). Although his name is never revealed in-game, it is revealed on GTA Vice City's official website.[1] He is a gun runner and rival to Phil Cassidy. He is not voiced during his only appearance.

Character history

Pedro Garcia, from an unknown point in time, began purchasing weapons from outside the state and bringing them into Vice City. These movements and his operation, however, had begun to be monitored by the Vice City Police Department and had come to the attention of Phil Cassidy, who also operated a business selling weapons. After meeting and performing a bank robbery with Cassidy, Tommy Vercetti helps Cassidy by ambushing Pedro and his gun runners, stopping their delivery from reaching the Ammu-Nation in Downtown. During the ambush, Vercetti kills Garcia.
