The Hoods Rumpo XL is a souped up variant of the Rumpo which can be found in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. In Grand Theft Auto Advance, it is simply referred to as the Hoods.
Description
The Hoods Rumpo XL is driven by the Southside Hoods and, as a result, can only be found in Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale. The Hoods Rumpo XL handles neutrally and once it picks up speed, the van can go pretty fast. The acceleration is faster than the normal Rumpo, but strangely it is 10 km/h slower at top speed. It is also all wheel drive and can easily drive up steep hills like the one near the Shoreside Vale safehouse in GTA III.
