The Rollin' Heights Eastcoast Families (a.k.a Families or RHF) are the 2nd oldest Family set in East Beach, San Andreas, the native set of Carl Johnson ( C-locey).

As far as street gangs in GTA San Andreas go, the RHF are depicted as more feared than their rival gangs. [1][2] The Rollin' Heights Eastcoast Families are headed by Bigg Phantom loc and his previous lieutenants were Ryder loco  and Mainyy Cyco. Phantom is adamantly narcotic, but Cyco believes the RHF have fallen from power because of Phantom's refusal to have the gang not sell drugs.[3] Their willingness to enter the drug trade has dragged the Rollin' Heights Eastcoast Families out of prominence in the years leading up to the game's storyline. The fact that Phantom insits the gang should deal in narcotics, the deaths of OGs such as Tony, Big Devil, and Little Devil, and the abandonment of Big Bear, B-Dup, the Temple Drive Familes, and the Seville Boulevard Familes has led to the sorry state of the RHF upon CJ's return from Liberty City in 1997.

There are other distinct sets of the Families in the game, they are not on good terms with each other[4] . Carl will occasionally make reference to Orange Height Grove Families; gang graffiti tags with the initials "OHGF" also exist in the game. This was the gang's original name, though Rockstar changed the name before the release of San Andreas.[5] Some references to this remain in the game, including graffiti that can be seen around Los Santos, tattoos that CJ can get with the name Orange Heights Grove Families, and phrases that CJ will shout out while fighting other people.

The rivalry between the sets mainly has to do with Rollin' Heights' position to drug dealing. While Carl's return helps revive the RHF to an extent, . Consequently, the Ballas and Los Santos Vagos seize all of RHF's turf in Los Santos. Phantom is imprisoned for 35 years to life, and Carl is forced to continue working for C.R.A.S.H., consisting of a corrupt group of police officers. RHF members listen to Radio Los Santos and are always seen dressed in green, blue, and orange clothing usually consisting of Los Santos Rimmers jerseys, green and blue bandanas, green hats, sweatshirts or plaid button-up shirts.
