Jose is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Jose is a member of the Varrios Los Aztecas gang.
Character history
Jose, at an unknown time, joined the Varrios Los Aztecas and became a friend of the gang's leader Cesar Vialpando. He confronts Carl "CJ" Johnson, Cesar's brother-in-law-in-courtship, who won a lowrider challenge, ordering him to "fuck off". Cesar, however, vouches for Carl and Jose walks away to find some alcohol. He may or may not have been killed when the Los Santos Vagos took control of El Corona, Little Mexico and Unity Station following the events of The Green Sabre.
Trivia
- The voice actor of Jose also voices a Los Santos Vagos gangster in the mission Running Dog, where Grove Street Families defaulter Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris calls one of the gangsters in the mission Jose.
