The Coastguard Maverick is a helicopter from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories cut during development of both games. As indicated by its name, the helicopter may have been a Maverick adapted for use by the Coastguard.
Also, one of the first concept artworks for GTA Vice City Stories showed a blue variant for the Maverick with a red stripe which doesnt appear anywhere in the game.
