The Floater is a small boat in the second episode for Grand Theft Auto IV, The Ballad of Gay Tony. There are no main missions where the Floater is needed, although they can be used during the Drug Wars minigame and the Triathlon minigames. They can mostly be found boating along the Humboldt and West River.
