Floyd Hebert is a character in Grand Theft Auto V.
Character background
Floyd is portrayed as a very timid man and is very reluctant in getting into Trevor Philips' schemes. He lives with his girlfriend Debra in Vespucci Beach; however, his girlfriend does not appreciate him.
He works at the Port of Los Santos as longshoresman. When Trevor goes to the port to find a potential score, Floyd is afraid to lose his job because of Trevor's emotional instability as well as Wade's incompetence.
At the end of Hang Ten, Debra returns and is appalled by Tevor's use and abuse of her apartment.
