Timm is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a random character in Grand Theft Auto V.
Character history
Timm is an investment banker based in Algonquin, Liberty City who, in 2013, visits Los Santos. The night before his flight he is taken out, spending $5.000 on bottle service. The following day he attempts to get to the airport but his rental car breaks down. The player, as any of the three protagonists, can then drive him to the airport for $100. He tells the player to invest in Tinkle saying they "won't regret it!".
