Character background
Floyd is portrayed as a very timid man and is very reluctant in getting into Trevor Philips' schemes. He lives with his girlfriend Debra in Vespucci Beach; however, his girlfriend does not appreciate him.
He works at the Port of Los Santos as longshoresman. When Trevor goes to the port to find a potential score, Floyd is afraid to lose his job because of Trevor's emotional instability as well as Wade's incompetence.
At the end of Hang Ten, Debra returns and is appalled by Tevor's use and abuse of her apartment. As Trevor and Wade leave, there is blood splattered on the apartment's window and it's strongly suggested that Floyd was shot dead (either by Debra or Trevor).
