Outline
Carl, along with Red Gecko Tong leader Ran Fa "Farlie" Li, enters the office in The Four Dragons Casino, where they meet Woozie. Woozie asks the two of them to sign some papers, which make them co-owners of The Four Dragons Casino. This now marks a beginning of a new management for the casino and marks the beginning of a new partnership between the trio as Woozie has proclaimed them partners in managing and owning The Four Dragons Casino.
Script
Wu Zi Mu: (rises) Mr. Ran Fa Li. (Farlie grunts as he enters the office with Carl) Gentlemen, can I have your marks please? (offers them drinks after Farlie and Carl sign the papers) Gentlemen, or shall I say, partners! (Farlie grunts again)
CJ: Oh, I'll drink to that!
Post-mission Phone Call
CJ: Hello?
Rosie: Carl, it's me, Ken. The Leone family has made their move. Salvatore is here. Now, he's taken over Caligula's. We're screwed, man, it's war for control of Venturas, man, war! War! There's word of some Triad visit that should keep him busy. I'm calling from the bathroom. I gotta go, I really gotta go!
Reward
Carl now becomes a shareholder in The Four Dragons Casino. From the post-mission phone call, the mission Freefall is unlocked.
Trivia
- This cutscene was supposedly intended to be part of an actual mission, wherein Woozie would give Carl a golf club and order him to protect Farlie from a Mafia attack.
- Although Carl owns a share in the Four Dragons, it never becomes an asset. The only way to receive casino profits is to win in any of the games at the casino.
