Steven Jabowitz, aka "The Buffet Car", is a 43 year old man from Los Santos who is featured on the Liberty City Police Database in Grand Theft Auto IV. Jabowitz is a self confessed gambling addict with a history of alcoholism and fraudulent activity. He is believed to have a string of debts across Liberty City and the State of San Andreas. He is, in 2008, trying to make a name for himself on the television show "Las Venturas Poker Challenge".
