Arthur Zapulla is a character in the HD Universe who is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Character history
Arthur Zapulla (born 1968 in Algonquin, Liberty City) is, in 2008, the consigliere of the Pavano Family. Zapulla was the lover of Mary Valvona, the Don of the Pavano Family, who funded his education at the Vespucci University Law School. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer (presumably for the Pavano Family) and was convicted of racketeering in 1998. In 2001, he lost his licence to practice law when he was caught in possession of cocaine. He then began advising Valvona on legal matters but was convicted of tax evasion in 2005.
