Lola Del Rio (also named Lollipop Girl as a Rockstar Games Social Club, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live profile avatar) is a prostitute who appears on promotional artworks and box cover art for Grand Theft Auto IV. In all promotional illustrations of her, including the box cover art, a drawing error made her appear to have six fingers on her right hand (though it's possible the character might indeed have six fingers as it is not an unknown birth defect). In October 2007, her character art was painted on the side of a building in SoHo, New York, advertising the game. Her name can be found on the LCPD internet database. Like many other female characters in artworks designed to promote the GTA games, she does not physically exist in the game, despite rumours to the contrary, but she does have an LCPD database entry.

Her name references the Spanish pop duo Los del Río, best known for their hit single Macarena.
