Leo Brodell is, in 2008, a Jamaican criminal living in East Holland, Liberty City. He is wanted by the Liberty City Police Department for drug trafficking, likely as part of the Jamaicans gang. He is armed with a Micro SMG at all times and is also a smoker. He can be killed by Niko Bellic, depending on the players choice.
